I was listening to the theory session 3 where you mention that kapalabhati will help process things which we might not be aware of. Some of my clients have noticed this after Kapalabhati (and after relaxation): memories, ideas, emotions bubbling up. Therefore I have been wondering if it is a good idea to ask them to keep a journal and pen things down after their practice. I'd love to hear your thoughts :)

Om Gayatri, YES! I love this idea!! It sounds like it would be a perfect way to go ahead and help them process in the moment. Then they can see what is coming up and perhaps that is where more Yoga Therapy can come into play and action. :) Great idea! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
