I have been doing my breathwork almost every morning, if not then before lunch. Not easy still for me to find time uninterrupted. But this morning I finally got through it without anyone walking in, calling the house, or texting me. The only reason I keep my phone in room is for music. But maybe I should keep it somewhere else. Working on it. I want it, but its not easy for me to focus. My Yoga practice is not as strong either at moment. so trying to do more Yoga and hoping that will help.

Hi love. Such wonderful news. Yes I am a big fan of carving out dedicated alone time. It is great to set boundaries for yourself with family and work. Then they learn how to do for themselves too! :) My rule of thumb typically is no cell phone when I’m practicing. It goes on airplane mode. Nothing is that urgent it can’t wait 20-30 min. You know? Use the forum to post when you’ve completed if you want, and you’ll see we will help support your efforts. :) So glad you’re here. We are 1/2 way through and getting to the juicy parts this week :)
