Hi all Prana beings💜love and light to all...Lila, I have went through the practice twice today. First round I did very early before your instructional email. (Thank you, that helped. ) Second time I added Anuloma Viloma. Both of these were calibrated just right. Challenging but not too much. Great place to start for me personally. The retention is the challenge (in the Kapalabhati more so). I have other observations I have taken notes on. I am wondering how much information do you want? Anuloma Viloma...there was some "coughing and clearing of the hose" here to use your words. ha. Very interesting. The hold/retention here was challenging at times. But a good place to begin. Do you want these daily? Have I shared too much? Need to watch the one hour video, and I am hoping to on Saturday when I'm able to go thru slowly and take notes. Workdays presently are full and very long...but this beautiful gift of pranayama shall clear the path and I will grow clearer and stronger. My love & gratitude.

Hello Jeri. Thanks so much for the feedback. Make sure not to force the retention in either practice. Hold as long and comfortable then release. You can even do 3:3:6 holding for 3 in alternate nostril if needed. It’ll get easier with practice. So glad they are working for you. You can post here as much as you desire. During the month I will check it daily. I am here for you and committed to guiding you in these subtler practices. Plus with each response all yoga teachers learn how to respond and tips to give students who may come to you with the same type of things. Keep practicing and should you need to release the breath ring retention go ahead. Then rejoin once I begin counting again. :) Great job!! I too did two sessions today. Feeling great. Now into Erik book Climate Change Yoga for an hour before lights go back down and meditation chimes ring. :) officially phone off now so I won’t respond until tmw. sleep well
