Nature + Nurture Retreat: OH

Imagine yourself connecting with a group of beautiful like-minded nature lovers and yogis as you take time to collectively celebrate life; dancing, singing, journaling, relaxing, sun bathing, hammock swinging, star gazing...all while eating amazing food, participating in sacred fire ceremonies, frolicking in the forests, and of course practicing yoga.

If that sounds lovely, then this retreat is for you!

This retreat is dedicated to play, connection, healing and self-nourishment by reconnecting with our earth mother.

Each day has a dedicated theme that you carry with you during intentionally guided events.

Tenting is also offered for those desiring to connect more deeply with Mother Earth.

Closest airport is Cincinnati CVG. Option to arrive Thursday or Friday.

Program Includes:

- morning + evening guided meditations

- daily theme that takes you deeper within yourself and your connetions

-  asana + movement sessions

- guided breathwork + yoga nidra sessions

- forest bathing, earthing + ecotherapy

- plant-based meals

Daily Schedule:

7:30am - 9:30am:  Morning Sadhana (meditation, asana, pranayama)

10am: Brunch

12pm - 2pm:  Main Session

2pm - 4pm: Personal time

4pm: Afternoon Session (varies on day's theme)

6:30pm: Dinner

8pm: Evening Session

  * we also will have an evening star gazing session.

Retreat Arrival: Thursday 3pm or after, Friday anytime.

Retreat Closes: Sunday by 1pm

Thursday - Sunday (4 days)  $450,  all inclusive

Friday - Sunday (3 days):  $350,  all inclusive

$150 non-refundable deposit reserves spot and is applied to your tuition balance which is at by retreat commencement. You may also pay in full with your cc or debit card. Tenting is an accommodation option for people desiring to connect more deeply with nature. Please let me know any roommate or accommodation preferences.
